I was skeptical about the shine claim but my slick back actually looks glossy now, not greasy. The nylon bristles cut through my tangles while the boar bristles smooth everything down. Works great on my wigs too.
The boar bristle and nylon mix makes such a difference — my wigs lie flat and glossy instead of frizzy. It detangles my extensions without pulling, which I honestly didn't expect from a smoothing brush.
I slick my hair back for work every morning and this finally gets rid of the frizz without leaving it greasy. The mix of nylon and boar bristles smooths everything into place and gives it a nice gloss.
