The super-smooth teeth really do cut down on drag when I'm teasing the crown of my hair for volume. I also use it to part clean sections before styling, and it glides through without snagging.
The pintail is what sold me — it slides cleanly through sections for teasing and doesn't scratch my scalp at all. The teeth glide so smoothly there's barely any drag, even on thicker hair.
